Joe Ricono: Member Experience Chair

I have spent the past 20 years in the software and digital transformation space, with a deep focus on customer experience (CX) and enterprise AI. He’s worked with some of the world’s largest brands across healthcare, retail, financial services, and tech helping them implement AI strategies that actually get adopted and deliver measurable value.

Joe is currently a Strategic Account Executive for a fast-growing AI company, where he partners with Fortune 100 clients on CX innovation, automation, and AI testing. He is also the founder of A&J Consulting, where he advises clients on emerging technologies, go-to-market strategy, and how AI is reshaping the CX landscape.

Outside of work, Joe is a yoga instructor and a proud girl dad and boy dad coaching his son’s baseball, basketball, and football teams.
